Great place to get some coffee in Minot. Not a large seating area but larger than some other shops. Friendly staff and good cold brew and killer scones.

Central Brew is easily Minot’s best coffee shop. Dana is so kind and the young ladies working there are great!! Oh, and the coffee is the best tasting in Minot. I’ve only had one other coffee that’s even comparable, and it was a private coffee bean roaster I met in AZ. You will never be disappointed. They even come up with their own flavors of drinks that other places don’t have. If you are supposed to pay for what you get, why waste money anywhere else. I even buy it for other people to help expose it to a bigger population since they are relatively new. And much of their food is homemade, soooo good. Don’t cheat yourself sitting in a long, franchised waiting line….go to Central Brew!!

Best coffee we've ever had. We got a cinnamon dulce latte and a spiced maple syrup cold brew. Definitely will be back next time we are in Minot!

Very good coffee.in a really neat old building.warm cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended. We stopped from Wisconsin and very glad we did.

This cafe is a great spot to study, have a small meeting, or just vibe. Been here many times and the drinks were always above decent—I’m adventurous and like to try the interesting flavors and so far anything I didn’t like was more personal preference. They have a neat green chesterfield style sofa that may or may not go missing (cuz I wanna steal it jk). So whether you want some Java or some cute insta selfies, this is the cafe for you.

Loved this place. I am visiting from Alabama and loved how friendly the staff was. I asked the lovely ladies to make me something that is the best seller. They made me the Proback. It is Cinnamon and Vanilla. LOVED IT!! It is amazing. The decor inside of the place is welcoming and home!! I will be back again on my visit!!

Central Brew is an absolute gem! The cozy atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. Their espresso is top-notch, rich, and flavorful, while the smoothies are made with real ingredients and taste incredible. The cookies and protein balls are a must-try, and if you're a fan of Lotus drinks, they have some of the best around. Whether you're grabbing a coffee or a snack, Central Brew never disappoints. Highly recommend!
